Alpina Holiday Hotel, next to Writer's House has cottages on a slope of the Tsaghkuniats mountain range. Good point to begin a hike.

Standard cottage (3 bedrooms) and Standard Cottage (4 bedrooms)

Wooden two-floor building consisting of three and correspondingly four bedrooms, a living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living-room there is a folding divan with armchairs and a table with chairs. In two bedrooms – King-size beds, and in the third (fourth) bedroom – Twin beds. There is a wardrobe and a chest in all rooms. The kitchen is furnished with a table and chairs, a gas cooker, a fridge and kitchen utensils.

Semi-luxe cottage (one-storeyed)

A wooden building consisting of a living-room, two bedrooms and a kitchen. In the living-room there is an upholstered furniture, a folding sofa with armchairs, a table with chairs. In the kitchen there is a table, a gas cooker, a fridge and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with a shower.

Semi-luxe cottage (3 bedrooms, 2-storeyed)

For 6 and 8 people. A living-room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom are on the first floor. In the living-room there is a sofa with armchairs and a piano. The second bedroom and another bathroom are on the second floor.

Luxe cottage (2 bedrooms, 2-storeyed)

A stone building consisting of a living room and a kitchen on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The cottage is furnished with an upholstered sofa, a king-size bed in one bedroom and Twin in the other.

Luxe (2 bedrooms)

One-floor stone building with a living-room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Luxe (3 bedrooms)

Has two floors: a living-room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms, a bathroom with hydro-massage shower. There is a satellite TV in Luxe cottages.

Amenities include:

Hot and cold water, balcony, kitchen and bath. Cottages for ten people.
