More than 50 hand woven Armenian carpets accent the blonde hardwood inlaid floors at Avan Villa Yerevan. • 1. From the airport take Tsovakal Isakov Avenue.
• 2. Turn right on the Hakhtanak Bridge.
• 3. Turn left on Mashtots Avenue
• 4. At the end of Mashtots Avenue turn right to Koryun Street.
• 5. From Koryun Street turn left to Heratsi Street.
• 6. From Heratsi Street go right towards Nork Marash, by Armenakyan Street (the road passes under the bridge).
• 7. Continue straight on Armenakyan Street until you reach 13th Street.
• 8. Turn left on 13th Street, the hotel is on your left side.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed individual reservations (up to 5 room nights) can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival date without penalty. No-show or cancellation within 24 hours from first day of reservations are charged penalty fee equal to 50% entire amount.
Confirmed group and entire hotel reservations can be cancelled 15 days prior arrival date. No-show or cancellation within less than 15 days are charged a penalty fee equal to 50% of entire amount.
